All intellectual property rights in our AI models, software, and technology remain the property of VedhVerse.AI Private Limited. You are granted a limited license to use our services as specified in your service agreement.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Confidentiality

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. For sensitive document processing, we offer on-premises deployment options to ensure maximum data privacy and security.

8. Limitation of Liability

VedhVerse.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

9. AI Model Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in our AI models and document intelligence solutions, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should review and validate AI-generated outputs, especially for critical business decisions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
